Jacquie Voeks, Senior Market Advisor, was born and raised on her family dairy and grain farm in southeastern Wisconsin. Life on the farm has given her a unique understanding, perspective, and respect for what it takes to succeed in agriculture. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with an emphasis in business. Jacquie owned and operated her own feed mill for fourteen years. In addition to running the business, she did nutrition consulting and financial planning for farms with both Purina and Domain, Inc.
Jacquie is a frequent guest on WILL (Illinois University Radio), presenting her marketing perspective. In addition, she has contributed articles for Successful Farming's Ag Online, Top Farmer's weekly Perspective and Top Producer Magazine. Jacquie has presented risk management seminars in several states for a USDA grant project and by invitation to many other groups.
It is her goal to help producers learn how to use the "tools of marketing" to manage their risk with the same confidence they have when they reach for a tool in their farm toolbox.
